Climbing 101 is a great review for current climbers and a great introduction for beginning climbers ages 14 and older. Stretches are designed with climbers in mind, highlighting areas in the shoulders, hips, obliques and hands. Classes cover techniques for effective foot/hand placement as well as identifying different types of holds. If you are newer to climbing or are at a 5.6-5.8 level, this is a great class for you.
