Climbing 101 is a great review for current climbers and a great introduction for beginning climbers ages 14 and older. Stretches are designed with climbers in mind, highlighting areas in the shoulders, hips, obliques and hands. Classes cover the fundamental techniques for effective foot and hand placement. Instructors explain the importance behind effective traversing and offer suggestions for more efficient climbing. All Climbing 101 classes are free with a gym membership or purchased gym day pass.
