Silks 101 is a great way to cross-condition for climbing! Classes focus on strength and flexibility conditioning – you’ll definitely feel this workout the next morning. We also introduce the basics of climbing so you can participate in the additional workshops. Workout (and then stretch out) shoulders, hips, hands and core.
Reserve your space online

Tips for your first class: wear clothes that are on the tighter side (loose clothing may get caught in the fabric), and make sure your armpits, backs of your knees and lower back are completely covered. We only use bare feet on the fabric, so make sure your feet are fresh and tidy!
