Planet Rock proudly makes hundreds of in-kind donations to charitable events every year. We would love to support your event!

Follow the directions below to request and complete your donation package from Planet Rock. *Donations are sent at the end of each month*

To request a donation:
1. Send an email to
2. In the subject line, type: DONATION REQUEST
3. In your email, make sure you include the NAME, DATE, LOCATION of your event and EIN or TAX ID number in the body of the email
4. Let us know the address of where to send your donation
5. Make sure to include a contact name and information
Donations generally take three to six weeks to process. Responses are sent via snail mail, so make sure you leave enough time to receive our response before your event!

Once you have received your donation:
6. Visit this page again to view and print the corresponding PDF of your donation type: Adult+Child or Adult.
7. Each PDF measures 8.5×11. We recommend printing on card stock. Fold in half horizontally.
8. Display the donation tent alongside your donation postcard at your event.

After your event:
Share the stories of your happy recipients! We would love to see pictures or read an email regarding how our donation helped your auction succeed. We hope to hear from you soon!
